SUMMARY:Leadership Development Through Family Systems
DESCRIPTION:St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Grand Rapids will host a three session cohort-style training between October 2024-May 2025 offered by the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center entitled: “Leadership Development Through Family Systems.” \nLeaders today face many challenges. In this time of increased anxiety and stress\, we need leaders who focus on their own integrity\, functioning\, and the nature of their presence rather than look for quick-fix solutions or fancy techniques. Participants in this program will be challenged to invest in their own emotional maturity and functioning as a way to enhance their sense of calm and differentiation of self.
