SUMMARY:Synod Celebration of Pastor Sprang
DESCRIPTION:On September 7\, Pastor David Sprang announced that he will retire on November 30\, 2024. Pastor Sprang has served as Director for Evangelical Mission and Assistant to the Bishop since 2014. Pastor Spring has faithfully led our efforts in redevelopment\, new missions\, and mission support. He developed our synod’s disaster response ministry and has truthfully pursued his passion for camping ministry and our global companionship with Papua New Guinea. Pastor Sprang has also emerged as a leader in the area of evangelism within the ELCA. \nWe invite you to join us as our synod celebrates and thanks Pastor Sprang with a worship service and reception at 1:00pm on November 2\, 2024 at Christ the King in Gladwin\, MI. \nPlease RSVP here.
