The Boys Choir of the Cathedral of Mainz, Germany will be touring the Muskegonarea and performing four concerts during that time as part of their 2015 United States Tour.  The Choir was established in 1866 and have sung at the Mainz Cathedral on Sundays and holidays with interruption since that time.  The choir traveling on this tour is comprised of 60 voices, and of that, approximately 30 of the boys are between the ages of 10-14 and another 30 voices are that of young adult men. The Choir is directed by Karsten Storck, Director of Music.  Music spanning the centuries will be presented including works by Hassler, Schutz, Bruckner, Mozart and many others.  All concerts are free and the public is most welcome!
