Synod Bridgebuilders Resource Team is offering Clergy Systems and Leadership Work Sessions at scheduled Bridgebuilders meetings.
Pastoral leaders interested in presenting challenging or effective ministry situations as a gleaning and learning experience are invited to meet with the experienced synod team in a confidential and collegial context. Two sessions are available at 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. following on days the team is scheduled to meet in the mornings.
For those who have further questions and/or may wish to schedule a case presentation, email Pastor Larry L. Foster, Facilitator and Coordinator. The team is made up of ten experienced pastors and lay leaders who work with emotional systems and ministry issues.
The next meeting is June 7, 2016, at the St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church and Synod office, Lansing.
