The ELCA is excited to announce Journi, a new leadership development tool, which helps users understand who they are, their strengths and passions, and the traits, interests and personal gifts that shape their leadership potential.
Journi features nine paths, which are like small courses that showcase programs and ministries from across the ecology of the ELCA along with dozens of articles, videos, podcasts and other resources for users to learn from.
