Mayo Clinic has recently launched a new website, Healthy Living Online, that will replace the EmbodyHealth webportal where ELCA-Primary health plan members have been taking the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment.
Healthy Living Online offers new features to help manage and track health goals, and will be where ELCA-Primary plan members will take the health assessment and earn wellness dollars.
If 65% of plan members take it before 4/30, we will receive a 2% discount on all heath contributions for the entire year!
