Samaritas wants to empower congregational leaders with tools and knowledge for engaging in dialogue about high-profile, public issues that involve serving people as an expression of the love of Christ. That is why you are invited to our upcoming An Evening with Samaritas event.
The keynote speaker will be David Hollister, previous Mayor of Lansing and State Representative. The topic is “Refugee Resettlement and At-Risk Youth.”
This event will be on Thursday, October 13 at 5:00 p.m. at the Kellogg Center, which is located on the campus of Michigan State University. It will begin with hors d’oeuvres, and will be followed by the dinner and keynote address. Then, you can choose to learn more during breakout sessions about other areas that interest you.
