The Lutheran Seminary Program in the Southwest will be hosting a Summer Language and Hispanic Ministry Intensive May 24-29, 2020.
This program is a resource for Lutherans and those of other denominations who recognize the growing need for competency in the Spanish language and an understanding of Hispanic culture in light of the increasing Hispanic population in this country and in the church. The Lutheran Seminary Program in the Southwest will be hosting a Latinx Ministry Intensive June 7-11, 2020.
This Level II Intensive course is designed to enhance leadership competence in the development and support of Latinx ministries in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and among ecumenical partners. Those encouraged to attend are current practitioners, judicatory leaders, seminarians, church leaders planning to start new Latinx ministries, and those with coaching and/or supervisory roles among Latinx ministry leaders.
