Fall Connection Days! Sep. 11-12, 2026

Experience the beauty of northern Michigan at this fall’s Synod Connect Day, hosted by the Grand Traverse Conference on Saturday, September 12! Enjoy a day of faith, fellowship, and fresh air as you explore the scenic Leelanau TART Trail by bike or take a relaxing, guided vehicle tour through the picturesque backroads of Leelanau County.

The day includes worship, a BBQ lunch at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Suttons Bay, and a hayride through a working apple orchard, with time afterward to enjoy the beach, local shops, or gather with friends at Hop Lot. Participants are also invited to arrive on Friday, September 11, for evening worship. Optional overnight lodging aside from local hotels will include home-stays, overnight RV Parking at Bethlehem (no hookups), and an old-school sleepover in Bethlehem’s fellowship hall.
