Life in the Spirit

This session is led by Sister Nancy Brousseau and is underscored by the physicist, Dr. Elizabet Sahtouris, who reinforces the notion that our world is undergoing a major evolutionary transition, one that “requires us to outgrow our adolescent belligerence and mature into responsible young adults, who will learn to treat creation and each other in more adult and liberating ways”. This may very well be the major challenge facing Christians at this time. We are called to embrace an inter-dependent incarnational and contemplative adult spirituality that begins with an awakening to the Holy Spirit. Through prayer experiences, (bring a journal) sacred companion conversations (bring a Bible) and a labyrinth meditation walk (weather permitting) we will explore Life in the Spirit: What might that look like, what will it ask of us, and where might that take us? Come and see!
