LSTC Learning Event: Liturgy and the Natural World

The Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago (LSTC) will be hosting a four-part learning event on “Liturgy and the Natural World,” led by Dr. Benjamin Stewart. This event will be held April 7 – May 10 (multiple dates available).
In the series, Dr. Stewart will explore the intersection of nature and liturgy. The sessions will delve into the cosmic choir of the universe, the rituals of sunrise and sunset, the sacraments of baptism and communion, and the theology and spirituality of green funeral practices. This series aims to reimagine our communal liturgies and daily rituals in the context of our ecological responsibilities.
