You Matter: A Day of Health and Wellness for Rostered Leaders

Rostered leaders of the North/West Lower Michigan Synod are invited to a Day of Health and Wellness. The event is provided by Portico Wellness dollars and includes lunch, worship and conversation surrounding healthy practices to manage stress, relationships, and life outside of work, which will include a presentation by E. Anne King, M.A., S.P.A.D.A, on nutrition, wellness and much more.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
